Is Shop CRM the same as Work Exchange?
No. Work Exchange is the existing B.D.E shop network and job portal. The new Shop CRM is being planned for a shop’s own customer and job operations.
Can my shop apply to the network now?
Yes. Use “Join the network” to open the existing shop portal and its application process.
Does joining guarantee job assignments?
No. Shop participation and each job’s next step depend on the applicable review, agreements and coordination.
