B.D.E Shop CRM · Early access

Your customers.
Your boats.
Your shop, in view.

A CRM being built for marine repair shops. Bring your own customer relationships, estimates, jobs and team into a workspace shaped around the repair.

Early access. Shop CRM is a new product, separate from the existing Work Exchange portal.

A clearer way forward

Built for the jobs
your shop actually runs.

The intended CRM covers your own customers as well as the repair work connected through B.D.E.

Customers and boats

Keep customer details, vessel history and the current repair context together.

Jobs and team

Organize the estimate, repair stages, tasks and responsibility for the next action.

Updates and receivables

Plan customer communication, documents and a clear view of what has been requested, paid or still needs attention.

Connected by B.D.E

Your shop’s work.
Connected where it matters.

Shop CRM is planned as the operating workspace. Damage File carries repair evidence, while the existing network remains the route into B.D.E shop participation.

Help shape what comes next

Let’s build the
right next step.

Tell us who you are and what your team needs. We’ll save your request for the B.D.E team to review.

Requesting access is not a subscription or an account activation. Pilot scope, availability and any terms will be discussed before you join.

Good to know

Before you begin.

Can I use this for customers who did not come from B.D.E?

That is the intended scope: a CRM for your shop’s own customers, boats and jobs. Pilot capabilities will be confirmed with participating shops.

Is the CRM ready for my team to use?

We are accepting early-access inquiries. The full product and team onboarding are still being built.

What does it cost?

Pricing and pilot terms have not been published. Request access to discuss your shop’s needs before any commitment.
